Temples, Tombs And The Nile

Our trip to Luxor in 2009 has to be one of our most memorable. From our taxi driver; who for two days made sure we missed nothing, bought all our entry tickets so we didn’t get ripped off and even wanted to throw me a party at his house when he found out it was my birthday; to the sail along the Nile one evening as the sun was setting in a felucca with the cheeky lads who had cheerily pestered us all week outside our hotel. And let’s not forget the awesome sights and incredible history .
